STATESBORO, Ga., Jan. 30, 2010 - JamesWorks Entertainment's The Car Wash, a new short film from award-winning documentary filmmaker James Kicklighter, starring Edith Ivey (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button), will screen at the 2010 EGOFEST in Brainerd, MN. This will be a one day short film extravaganza on February 20th, 2010.
Organizer Phil Holbrook writes the event is "filmmaker friendly."
"We're excited to bring the film to a region of the country that none of our films have screened before, so an event like this is an exciting opporotunity for us," said The Car Wash director James Kicklighter.
EGOFEST is made possible in part by a grant from the Five Wings Art Council with funds through an appropriation by the Minnesota State Legislature.
About The Car Wash
