Follow director James Kicklighter on his journey through making Desires of the Heart, shooting in Savannah, Georgia and Rajasthan, India.

Shooting an overnight sequence, we brought in some bigger pieces of equipment to make it rain and thunder for a fantasy sequence that will be seen in the film.

My apologies to actor Val Lauren for getting him constantly wet over and over again.

It’s not the most glamorous part of the job.
